My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic, relational, and CBT-informed. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, where patients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences. I integrate psychodynamic and CBT-informed approaches to help patients gain insight into longstanding patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I tailor therapy to each patient’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and life experiences to better understand your unique story and the goals you’d like to work toward. We’ll also discuss my therapeutic approach, answer any questions you may have, and determine together whether we’re a good fit for moving forward.

Many of my patients have shared that one of the most meaningful parts of therapy was having a space where they felt genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. They often describe feeling supported while also being gently challenged to build confidence, develop healthier patterns, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. By the end of treatment, many patients report feeling more emotionally stable, equipped with greater insight and coping skills, and empowered to pursue the relationships, careers, and personal goals that once felt out of reach.

Patients often tell me that they appreciate my genuine, collaborative approach to therapy. I often describe therapy as holding up a mirror, helping patients recognize patterns, strengths, and insights that are already within them. While I provide guidance, support, and gentle challenges along the way, I believe lasting change comes from empowering patients to discover their own answers and build confidence in themselves.

Rather than positioning myself as someone who has all the answers, I see my role as walking alongside my patients, meeting them where they are, and helping them better understand themselves.
