My name is Carly, LCSW. I’m excited to connect with you and share a bit about myself and my approach. As you explore my background and the way I work, it’s crucial that you feel confident in choosing the right practitioner for your journey. I’m here to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively navigate your unique experiences.

- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in community mental health. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which means we will explore relational patterns, deepen your understanding of your emotional experiences, and take the time to uncover the underlying roots of what may be troubling you.
I strive to balance insight-oriented work with practical tools, incorporating coping strategies to help manage anxiety, rumination, and other day-to-day challenges. Past patients have shared that our work helped them lower their emotional defenses, open up more authentically, build richer social connections, and feel more confident and motivated in their lives.
Patients often describe me as compassionate, mindful, and attuned to listening. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful and lasting change.
