My therapy style is person-centered and grounded in the understanding that each patient is the expert in their own life. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your goals, honor your strengths, and build a path toward growth and healing.

I am passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity development, relationships, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with couples and groups, helping people strengthen communication, deepen connection, and feel supported through change. Additionally, I have strong personal ties to the LGBTQ+ community, and am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals. I entered this line of work due to my lifelong passion for helping others, and helping people to better understand themselves and their patterns.
