My therapy style is informal, relaxed and collaborative with a foundation based upon connection and openness. I utilize humor, compassion, empowerment, curiosity and authenticity to build therapeutic relationship and alliance. I believe creating a space of safety, acceptance and respect is imperative. Connection, belonging and understanding are fundamental.

Past patients have expressed appreciation and gratitude, stating they learned how to recognize and manage symptoms effectively. Many identified learning how to set boundaries, identify detrimental core beliefs and change automatic thoughts. Patients say that sessions are relaxed, open, unassuming and informal style that is authentic and genuine.
