I have extensive experience treating anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges and negative self-talk, trauma, and substance use. Over the past four years in my most recent role, I’ve led and co-facilitated numerous group therapy sessions focused on skills training, including a women’s trauma group centered on managing symptoms of PTSD. I’ve also supported several debriefing sessions with EMTs and firefighters following exposure to traumatic events, offering both individual therapy and training to help recognize and manage PTSD symptoms.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in building strong rapport and collaboration. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thought patterns and gain insight into their emotional experiences. Together, we develop coping strategies that support their goals and promote lasting change. Clients often report an improved sense of self and greater resilience in managing life’s stressors.

Former clients have described me as observant and adaptable to their individual needs. For instance, when working with clients who struggle to stay grounded in the present, I incorporate mindfulness practices and EMDR techniques to help them reconnect with their inner stability.

I would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you and support the work you’re doing in finding a meaningful path forward.
