Hi, I’m Annie Jeon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with teens and families navigating depression, anxiety, identity questions, and life transitions. My approach is strength-based and rooted in CBT, focusing on building trust, setting healthy boundaries, and helping clients take meaningful steps forward.
Annie Jeon, LCSW
- Appointments: Telehealth only
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My therapy style is rooted in CBT, meeting the client where they’re at. From there, I can use methods and modalities to help each individual most effectively. I’m enthusiastic about helping clients and their families. I enjoy finding creative opportunities for families to rebuild trust.
Past clients have struggled with depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, addiction, questioning their gender or sexual identity, and stage of life issues. I have worked at an in-person PHP/IOP for almost 2 years. I ran 4 hours of adolescent group therapy daily, with at least one individual and one family session per client.
I work best with people who want to help themselves (intrinsically motivated to better themselves). I am strength-based, and compassionate with strong boundaries. If you would like to meet with me, please reach out to schedule an intake appointment. I look forward to working with you.
