My name is Breanna, LMSW. I’m excited to connect with you and share a bit about myself and my approach. As you explore my background and the way I work, it’s crucial that you feel confident in choosing the right practitioner for your journey. I’m here to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively navigate your unique experiences.

- Work best with: I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. My clinical interests include supporting people of color, particularly in exploring identity, cultural experiences, and healing from trauma.
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I take the time to meet every patient where they are. No expectations in the beginning. I take building rapport very seriously. I build trust and ensure that each person I come across feels safe, heard, and valued. Expect a safe environment. Expect a space where they are the priority. Even though confidentiality, privacy, and important procedural information may be shared, I let each patient know that the space belongs to them. Each assessment used is a tool to assess how I can best assist them in returning to a healthy baseline.
I have had many patients leave intake sessions in tears because they felt that speaking with me was the first time they actually felt heard and understood. They felt safe enough to tell me things upon our first meeting that they couldn’t tell anyone else. They ended up learning that first, they are not what they went through, and secondly, bottling emotions inside can do just as much damage as the traumatic event itself.
