Hi, I’m Courtlyn, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I am so glad that you are here! Whether you have been to therapy before, or are considering therapy for the first time, I recognize the courage required to take this first step, and I am hopeful that I can support you on your journey towards personal growth and healing.
Courtlyn Greene, LPC
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
As a therapist, I believe that you already have everything within you to thrive, and I aim to provide a space that makes you feel seen, understood, and empowered while working towards your unique goals. I’ve found that as we evolve into new roles, relationships, or phases of life, we can find ourselves feeling stuck and disconnected from who we are, who we want to be, and how we connect with others. Together, I hope to untangle all of the mixed messages, anxious thoughts, self-doubt, and confusion to help you navigate life’s inevitable challenges with more confidence and self-compassion.
I am a warm and empathetic therapist who works from a humanistic, strength’s-based, and holistic framework. I am a highly sensitive therapist who is attuned to the individual emotions and experiences of others. I believe the relationship is the most important part of the therapy process, and so you can expect me to bring authenticity, humor, creativity, passion, and curiosity into our sessions.
