I believe in creating a safe and nurturing space where you can heal from your pain and work towards becoming the best version of yourself. My warm and empathetic nature makes me approachable and easy to talk to. Through our therapeutic journey together, I will teach you healthy coping strategies to effectively manage your triggers, enabling you to lead a happier and more fulfilled life. It is my most profound commitment to helping you find the strength and resilience within yourself to overcome life’s challenges and foster positive growth and change.

I’m not super structured, and have found that I work best with patients who want to feel more at ease vs solution-focused. I’m kind of quirky and I allow myself to be quirky with my patients, which I think is off-putting to some, but healing to others. Patients have shared appreciation for the safe space that therapy that allowed for them to acknowledge their feelings, learn boundaries, understand/grieve their family dynamics, process things that others wouldn’t understand.
