I primarily work from a person-centered framework. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship strongly and believe patients are the experts in their own lives. I don’t believe it is my job to act as an expert on my patients, but that I come in as an expert in creating a safe space for them to explore and get in touch with their true self. I integrate CBT and mindfulness techniques as well when helpful, especially with individuals struggling with anxiety or depression.

During an intake session, I aim to balance structure and openness, ensuring we are aligned on logistics before exploring the experiences that have shaped who they are today. Patients can expect to leave feeling more informed, at ease, and better prepared to engage in future sessions.

Past patients often report increased self-awareness and reduced levels of anxiety and stress through our work together. They gain greater confidence, resilience in navigating difficult experiences, and a stronger sense of self-worth and clarity around what they deserve in their lives. What sets me apart is my ability to hold space for both deep emotional processing and moments of genuine lightness within the same session. Patients often share that they feel safe exploring difficult emotions while also experiencing connection, humor, and relief.
