Hi, I’m Gina Warr, LCSW. I believe resilience lives within all of us, even in life’s most difficult moments. With 25 years of experience, I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. My approach is inclusive, individualized, and grounded in creating a safe space where you can process emotions, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

All of us face difficult moments in life. Often, the world around us shifts faster than we can adjust, and it is easy to feel overwhelmed. But like all living things, one of our greatest strengths is resilience. As a mental health professional, my role is to help individuals recognize and build on the strengths they already have to face whatever challenges life presents.
I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can process emotions, clarify goals, and develop personalized strategies for problem-solving and coping. Therapy should reflect the unique needs and values of each person, not follow a one-size-fits-all approach.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience supporting adults across a wide range of concerns. My background includes work with LGBTQ+ individuals, active duty and retired military members, and people navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, domestic violence, and major life transitions. While emotions may be universal, each healing journey is personal. My goal is to help you feel more at ease with who you are and more grounded in the life you are creating.
