Hi, I’m Jackie Guardiola, LPC. I bring a calm, supportive presence to therapy and work closely with clients of all ages to help navigate emotional challenges and life shifts. Whether I’m working with a child in the playroom, guiding a teen through overwhelming emotions, or supporting a family under stress, I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded in genuine connection.
Jacqueline Guardiola, LPC
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I specialize in treating adults, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I also have experience working with individuals managing Bipolar Disorder and substance use. As a trained play therapist, I use developmentally appropriate, trauma-focused interventions with children, including EMDR. I value involving caregivers in the healing process through parent-child interaction therapy and prioritize understanding your goals to guide our work together.
In addition to individual therapy, I find meaning in supporting couples and families as they navigate difficult transitions. My focus is on helping you build the tools needed to manage symptoms, strengthen relationships, and feel more in control of your life. I strive to provide a warm, inclusive space for all clients and have experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.
