Hi, I’m Lani Hartnett, LCSW. I offer a grounded, relational space where you can explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change. I bring warmth, curiosity, and clinical insight to our work together, and I care deeply about building trust and helping you feel genuinely supported. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply ready for something different, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Lani Hartnett, LCSW
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating it alone. I aim to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your experiences with honesty and compassion.
While I incorporate techniques from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused CBT, I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. When you feel safe enough to show up authentically and embrace vulnerability, real change becomes possible. Our work together can serve as a model for building healthier boundaries, deeper self-awareness, and more fulfilling connections.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have supported children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, family conflict, and life transitions. My style is often described as compassionate, affirming, and down-to-earth.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am committed to creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment. If it feels like we could be a good fit, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this work. Please feel free to reach out—I look forward to connecting with you.
