Hi, I’m Laura Forrester, LPC. I offer a supportive space where you can show up as you are and begin the work of healing with honesty and self-compassion. I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, and my approach is rooted in respect, inclusivity, and genuine connection. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward in your own way and at your own pace.

- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I believe in the power of connection, authenticity, and showing up for others with compassion. At the heart of my therapeutic work is the belief that every person is inherently worthy of love, care, and acceptance. I aim to offer a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and respected, no matter where you are in your journey.
I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs, offering empathy, curiosity, and nonjudgmental guidance. I deeply value diversity and inclusivity and strive to build genuine, trusting relationships with my clients where healing and growth can take root.
I work with adult clients and have clinical experience in a range of areas including addiction and substance use, eating disorders, PTSD and trauma, domestic violence, mood and personality disorders, co-occurring conditions, self-esteem, sexual and physical abuse, LGBTQIA+ issues, women’s issues, codependency, crisis intervention, and experiences related to sex work.
I’m truly glad you’re here and considering this next step in your healing or recovery journey. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your resilience and supporting you as you grow, heal, and thrive.
