Hi, I’m Laurence Saputra, LPC. I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, identity, and relationships. My approach is grounded and collaborative, focusing on helping clients reconnect with themselves. I believe that therapy should be both supportive and actionable, providing insight into your patterns and empowering you to make purposeful changes.

- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I’m a warm, affirming therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My background includes leading an intensive outpatient program for teens, where I facilitated weekly family therapy to help each member communicate more openly and advocate for themselves. I often integrate family work into individual sessions, supporting clients as they find their voice and strengthen their relationships.
Over the years, I’ve supported veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals through trauma, burnout, and the emotional strain of high-pressure environments. I’ve also worked with LGBTQ+ clients coping with grief, anxiety, and depression, and created an inclusive, nonjudgmental space for identity exploration. My experience extends to those facing chronic or terminal illness, religious trauma, and both past and active domestic violence.
Clients often share that they leave therapy with a deeper understanding of themselves and clearer boundaries with others. I use metaphor, education, and insight to help people make sense of their stories, and I’m known for remembering the details that bring everything together. In our first session, I’ll take time to understand what’s going on, explain the therapy process, and offer tools you can start using right away. My goal is always to help you reconnect with your values, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
