- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My therapy style is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate emotional processing with practical skill-building, creating space for both reflection and growth. I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety related to work, life transitions, and social stress, as well as those managing depression, setting boundaries, addressing substance use, or rediscovering joy in daily life.
I understand that change, whether it’s a major life shift or a small behavioral adjustment, can feel overwhelming. I believe each person already holds valuable internal resources, and part of our work together is identifying and building on those strengths. I also support clients in exploring their choices fully, empowering them to make decisions that align with their values and goals.
New clients can expect an open and compassionate space where we collaborate on defining what healing looks like for them. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals, talk through the process, and create a path forward that honors your needs and preferences.
