My therapy style is flexible, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. I meet clients where they are and use different approaches depending on what they need, always aiming to help them feel seen, heard, and empowered to work through whatever they’re facing.

Many of my clients have come in struggling with issues like past trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, and difficulty managing stress. I also commonly see challenges related to unhealthy coping mechanisms, cognitive distortions, burnout, and navigating complex relationships or life transitions.

Clients often say that what sets me apart is my ability to create a space where they feel safe, seen, and not judged—no matter what they’re going through. They appreciate my down-to-earth, honest approach and the way I balance being compassionate with also gently challenging them when needed to support real growth.

Personal Interests

I’m a huge Dallas Stars fan and absolutely love hockey—really, any level of the game! When I’m not watching the Stars play, I’m probably tending to my plants. There’s something really rewarding about caring for them, just like I aim to do with the people I work with!

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, as I believe in treating each client holistically and adapting my approach based on their evolving needs. Flexibility is essential—if one method isn’t effective, I’m prepared to shift strategies to better support the client’s goals. I often gravitate toward modalities that explore the connection between current behaviors and past trauma, attachment patterns, and early life experiences.
