Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I’m Nicole, an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor, and I wanted to share a bit about my background and approach. Your comfort and trust are paramount, and I am here to support you in making an informed decision about whether we can work together effectively.
Nicole Wilson, LPC-A

- Work best with: Adults, LGBTQ+ Community
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My therapy style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I integrate evidence-based techniques while tailoring the process to each individual’s unique needs and pace.
Past clients have struggled with anxiety/panic attacks, depression, stress management, life transitions, sobriety support, gender/identity concerns, religious concerns, body image, self-esteem, behavior management, and ADHD.
At the end of treatment, clients often share that they feel more confident, emotionally resilient, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges. They described feeling supported throughout their therapy and enjoyed learning practical coping skills.

Personal Interests
In my free time, I love to read—anything from nonfiction to fantasy, sci-fi, and romance. I’m also an animal lover and have a growing interest in animal-assisted therapy, which I hope to incorporate into my work in the future. I enjoy staying active, but I’m just as happy having a cozy day at home binge-watching The Office or relaxing with a good book.
