My therapy style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I integrate evidence-based techniques while tailoring the process to each individual’s unique needs and pace.

Past clients have struggled with anxiety/panic attacks, depression, stress management, life transitions, sobriety support, gender/identity concerns, religious concerns, body image, self-esteem, behavior management, and ADHD.

At the end of treatment, clients often share that they feel more confident, emotionally resilient, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges. They described feeling supported throughout their therapy and enjoyed learning practical coping skills.

Personal Interests

In my free time, I love to read—anything from nonfiction to fantasy, sci-fi, and romance. I’m also an animal lover and have a growing interest in animal-assisted therapy, which I hope to incorporate into my work in the future. I enjoy staying active, but I’m just as happy having a cozy day at home binge-watching The Office or relaxing with a good book.

Client Focus

  • Age Groups Served: Adults, Older Adults (18-65+)
  • Participant Types: Individuals

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), though I may also incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, as well as mindfulness and relaxation techniques. These approaches allow me to support clients in building psychological flexibility, increasing motivation for change, and managing stress or emotional distress.
