Thank you for taking the first step to your therapeutic journey! I am Regan, a LPC-A. I hope this page helps you get a better sense of my therapeutic style and determine whether we are a great fit.

Self Scheduling
I have a warm and nonjudgmental demeanor, and approach with curiosity and playfulness. I am collaborative with my patients. I like to get to know my patient’s hobbies and interest to generate treatment plans that play a patient’s strengths for them to have prolonged success.
Patients have felt really seen and understood by me. They get better at recognizing and sitting with difficult feelings that can cause discomfort. They gain the ability to talk kinder to themselves with self compassion. I have received the feedback that my somatic interventions and mindfulness tools have been greatly beneficial for my more anxious/stressed patients.
