Hi, I’m Sacha Bradley, LPC. I help individuals, teens, and families navigate challenges related to communication, boundaries, trauma, and identity. I’ve worked with veterans, LGBTQ+ couples, and families in transition, supporting them through complex emotional dynamics and helping them strengthen their relationships. My style is inclusive, relational, and focused on creating a space where clients feel respected, supported, and capable of change.

- Appointments: Telehealth only
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I work with individuals, families, and teens to navigate emotional challenges, build healthier relationships, and strengthen communication. I’ve had the privilege of supporting veterans as they manage PTSD and the complexities of returning to civilian life, and I’ve worked closely with LGBTQ+ couples and families facing everyday struggles around intimacy, trust, and conflict. I aim to create a space where every client feels respected, understood, and safe to explore what’s holding them back.
My approach is open, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I focus on building strong, honest connections and encourage clients to bring in family members or support systems when it feels helpful. I believe lasting change often starts with the people around us, and I strive to help clients feel seen not just as individuals, but as part of a larger context. By staying authentic in my role, I create an environment where clients feel at ease discussing difficult topics and empowered to work toward meaningful growth.
Clients often leave therapy feeling lighter and more confident, equipped with practical tools to manage challenges and maintain progress. Many describe a renewed sense of clarity and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. While the work can be difficult, I’ve found that with the proper support, clients can achieve real, lasting change.
