My name is Tiffany, LPC-A. I’m excited to connect with you and share a bit about myself and my approach. I’m here to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively navigate your unique experiences.
Tiffany English, LPC-A
- Appointments: Telehealth only
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also being goal-oriented and evidence-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel genuinely heard and supported as we work together to build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
During your intake session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy, your personal history, current concerns, strengths, and goals for treatment. My priority is creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan and discuss what future sessions may look like so you leave with a clear understanding of the path forward.
Patients have shared that they felt genuinely heard, understood, and supported throughout our work together. Many report gaining greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, improved confidence, stronger communication, and practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, or life stressors. Patients often tell me they appreciate my ability to balance genuine compassion with practical, goal-oriented guidance. I have been told that I am easy going which makes it easier to talk to and I don’t give off negative responses through facial expressions.

Personal Interests
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dogs. I love traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures. I’m also an avid reader with a particular interest in psychology and neuroscience, and I’m always looking for opportunities to continue learning. Whether it’s spending time outdoors, discovering a great local coffee shop, or making memories with my family, I value finding balance and joy in everyday life.
