My desire to serve others comes from my passion for wanting to improve the mental health of individuals through the avenue of counseling. Having my own counseling journey, I know firsthand that our thoughts, emotions, and behavior are guided by our internal compass. This internal compass is the lens through which we see ourselves, the world and make decisions.

A shift in the thought process opens the door for healing and clarity of thought. Carl Rogers said, “We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy.” I am committed to creating a space where the client feels seen and heard.
I have a unique counseling style that allows clients to quickly engage in the therapeutic process. Helping the client find a deeper understanding of themselves is my focus. I guide the clients through their journey of self-awareness with cognitive restructuring combined with a solution focused approach.
When I step out of the therapy room, you’ll discover my passion for dance, fitness, the arts, travel, decor and shopping. These pursuits not only bring me joy but also enrich my connection to others with like passions. I am excited about the chance to deepen our connection as we embark on this journey together.
