My counselor Emily is very adaptive to listening and accommodating with boundary-setting skills for my highly stressful situations. She has offered how to set them, apply them, and increase the skill set. Whenever my anxiety level is higher I have used these skills she taught me in detail. This support with talk therapy and boundaries is the highest quality of service in the counseling field I have ever had. She is very patient, non-judgmental, and supportive. Thank you, Emily, for being a star counselor in your field for my special needs. Adriane Thames

My therapist Lizzie is incredible. She is very accommodating with my ever changing schedule. She also gives me the space to be myself and is always asking me the hard questions which allows me to continue to grow.

I am currently in between a rock and a hard place, I have many different issues effecting my current Mental Health, after my first assessment with Shelby Silvey, unfortunately I was not a perfect fit with her. Even though it wasn't a perfect fit, I honestly and truly believe she is one of the sweetest and compassionate therapists, I've recently meet. She is caring, and will help her clients with the tools to assist in helping her patients.

I’d say more but don’t want to violate my own privacy! It’s a breath of fresh air here. I’ve done a lot of therapy over the years as a patient and I’m so glad to find someone here with whom I vibe. Looking forward to doing the work and continued healing and growth.
Rick Richuber9 months ago
I was very comfortable talking with Taylor. I only had one visit so far, but if the rest are like the first one, I'll be very happy. She's conducting herself in a very professional manner. But yet, In a caring manner. Now, after several visits, I’m still very happy with the results that I am getting. Life is hard, we can all use some help at one time or another.
