My ideal client is self-motivated and curious about their socioemotional growth. They may present with a wide range of issues, but they’re looking for someone to meet them where they are and approach growth at a pace that feels right for them. They are open to trying multiple approaches to find the best fit.

I have 15 years of experience working with pre-teens and adolescents. While working with students in the school setting, I’ve also had the opportunity to work closely with their families to address issues in the different systems they are part of. I also work with clients who have experienced trauma and want to try EMDR.

I believe that good counseling starts with active listening to fully understand the barriers that are preventing you from thriving. My role is to provide a safe and confidential space that is free of judgment. My goal is to work together to highlight your strengths and figure out how they can be leveraged to overcome barriers.
