I believe a positive connection is important for the therapeutic process to be beneficial, which is why I value creating a safe environment built on collaboration, warmth, and understanding. I believe every person is the author of their own story. Sometimes life events, cultural messages, or painful experiences try to write chapters for us that don’t fit who we truly are. My role is not to “fix” others, but to join you in exploring the stories that have shaped your life and to uncover the strengths, values, and hopes that have always been present, even if they’ve been overshadowed.

Past patients have sought help for Life transitions, navigating anxiety, difficulty moving forward from past trauma, and trouble in their relationships. Together, we were able to create a shift in their relationship with their problems or interpersonal relationships. Patients also found a clear sense of their values and steps they can take to move towards their preferred future.

I’m very experimental. I’ve been told my sessions are filled with plot twists and are “entertaining in the best way possible.” If you would like to work together, please reach out to schedule an appointment.

We’ll begin telling your story at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore the chapters that brought you here, name the challenges that have tried to take center stage, and begin noticing the strengths and values that have always been present. Intake is less about having all the answers and more about opening the first page of a new chapter we’ll co-author in therapy.
