Growing up as a Mexican-American in a border town, I came to understand that seeking mental health support was not always encouraged or accessible. I remember wanting to talk to a therapist but not having the resources to do so. That experience shaped my purpose. I became the therapist I once needed, and now I am here to support others in similar situations.

My therapy style is collaborative, empathetic, and integrative. I draw from an eclectic approach, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters insight, resilience, and meaningful change. My eclectic approach allows me to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities while maintaining a warm, nonjudgmental environment. I focus not only on symptom reduction but also on helping clients build deeper self-awareness, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

Together, we discuss what they hope to achieve in therapy and begin outlining a treatment plan that feels both realistic and aligned with their values. Our work will involve reflection, honest conversations, and meaningful questions that can help you move forward. My goal is not to overwhelm you but to support you in your growth. All I ask is that you give the process a chance. I will be right there with you.
