Hi, I’m Lauren Jones, LPC. I’m passionate about helping individuals of all ages work through emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion and clarity. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive space where you feel seen and empowered to do the deeper work, whether that involves healing from trauma, navigating identity, or building a healthier relationship with food and body image. Therapy with me is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to meet you where you are.
Lauren Jones, LPC
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I specialize in working with adults, teens, and children who are navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including disordered eating, OCD, depression, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, sexual abuse, life transitions, gender and identity exploration, addiction, and relationship issues. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels both engaging and safe, where you feel at ease opening up and exploring the issues that matter most to you. Together, we’ll establish clear, individualized treatment goals tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.
I have extensive experience in the treatment of complex trauma and eating disorders, and I approach these issues from a weight-inclusive, body-affirming perspective. I’m committed to supporting clients in developing a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and body image, while also addressing the underlying emotional and psychological factors driving their struggles.
